- The employer must have been operating for at least three years.
Manitoba Overseas Worker
The Manitoba PNP further offers two pathways for overseas workers simply looking to work in Canada through the Manitoba Express Entry program or through the Human Capital pathway. The Express Entry Pathway requires that you be eligible under the MPNP stream and have sufficient relevant experience. Minimum requirements include:
- Must be over 18 years
- Must score at least 60 out of 100 in the assessment grid
- Must have a strong connection (family or friends) in Manitoba
- Must be in an in-demand occupation
- Must maintain employment for at least 6 consecutive months
- Must submit a career plan with the application, containing future potential overview.

The Manitoba Business Investor Stream seeks people looking to set up their business or a significant branch in Manitoba. It offers two primary pathways for visa and citizenship; the farm investor pathway or the eligible foreign business owner/investor pathway. For this stream, the Manitoba PNP requirements include:
- Farm business or other business ownership/senior management experience of at least five years.
- Language proficiency needs to be at least CLB 5

- Must submit a detailed business plan approved by the appropriate governing body.
